he really is.
i remember when we played them a few years in a row in the 90's before he went to Hoover. He coached at Alma Bryant and they had only like two players that had size.
Brandon Johnson and Antwan Odom.
the rest of the team was kinda small.
The center that i faced was maybe 190 lbs. soaking wet and like 5'10?? Yet that dude was a helluva a blocker.
all the teams they faced in our area were bigger and faster than they were for the most part but it didn't matter.
they executed better than everyone else. Hell, they didn't even give up a point until like their 8th game of the year against Murphy. That TD came on a trick play too.
they ended up finally losing to Vigor in the playoffs in '98 and then Propst left for Hoover.
not a lot of people have anything good to say about him.
cause he is a turd.
