What is your game of interest this week?
Btw, can some posts not relate to how Catholic is the best football team ever? Seems like all these threads so far have been pretty much talking about Catholic, other teams or conversations would be nice.

Brother Martin @ Rummel is probably the biggest game of the week.
Winner of this game has the best chance of winning district other than Curtis in my opinion.
That being said this is one of the best Brother Martin teams ever for them at their school. I think they win.

I get a laugh out of the Catholic homers who go on and on about them like Matt Mascona. Catholic is a school that didn't win anything until the split then these same ppl will bitch about the split and blame public schools. Especially when Catholic was busted cheating and their coach quit because he saw the writing on the wall and skipped out of town and left ppl holding the bag.

Not only did they never win anything until the split, they squandered a couple of highly nationally ranked teams in the process. The 1996 team was ranked #10 in the nation and had Major Applewhite and Travis Minor. The 2006 team was ranked #38-#44 and had a better defense than the 1996 team.

I was shocked to hear the BM vs. St. Aug. score, that was big.
Archbishop Shaw took Archbishop Rummel to the brink, Saturday night. I don't know what to think about either team. Shaw is an improved team, this season, that's good to see.
Crusaders vs. Rummel, I don't know what to think. I would like to say I think that Martin, having won two extremely tight games, is mentally tough, but Rummel had two, as well. I just. Don't. Know.

It’s a shame they haven’t had a chance on the field against Acadiana, Karr, Zachary, Easton, West Monroe, Byrd, Ruston.
Not to mention Rummel, Curtis, STM, LCA, UHigh, Evangel, Brother Martin, St Aug, Parkview.
Who is left so that they can go ahead and get them on the schedule.

I was giving Holy Cross some shite for losing to Shaw but Shaw is not the same ole Shaw from the past few years...
They have a legitimate offense with a good quarterback, two solid running backs, one with speed and one with power, and some receivers that get open and catch the ball.
Rummel is not the same Rummel this year as well. They're a young team with many sophomores and freshmen.
Granted, Shaw did get a bunch of breaks and Rmmuel played really sloppy... I think they had at least 6 or 7 pre-snap penalties..
