What are the odds that Karr is looking ahead to next week and St Aug?

Maybe then Chalmette only loses by 40….

lol I think everyone had this loss circled since day 1… I just hope we do some good things, keep the score respectable, and get better Thursday, and then come out healthy. Hope that we get other games around the state to go our way to keep us in position to sneak in at #28

Going off topic… I know other people listen to the podcast/shows like Hash It Out, Talkin Ball Yall, 3Deep, that cover HS football in Louisiana… why do they all cover and talk about other parts of the state games like they’re ordered to do so by some higher power. I’m 4 hours away, I don’t care much about Jena vs. Mangham. I want to hear more about NOLA area games. Let the other cities talk about their games. I bet there’s no Monroe show like Hash It Out talking about Mandeville vs. Northshore for example, they’re talking about Monroe games

This is really what you need to worry about with Karr. When you have a smaller roster and not a lot of depth similar to HC it can be bad.

Plus the cumulative effect you get in this district.

Appreciate what you do each week, Chalmette. Quick note - Neville at West Ouachita is on Thursday night this week.

Because those are teams that NOLA teams will see in postseason?

Also my guess is talking about more areas gets more people listening

I mean the kids may or may not be as talented, some may not be as big as you’d like, but I’ve never thought we fielded a small roster. We fill our page up with 70-80 kids, all sophomore, junior, and seniors, and have done so for a while

Interesting. I HC rosters like 50 and at the national anthem last week Chalmette looked similar lined up. Certainly didn't look like the 80 or so Jesuit and Martin line up with.

Anyone remember when Karr was a middle school? It was also a 7-12 school for a while

We enter the part of the schedule where we win and go down in the power rankings. A tradition like no other…

Yeah I have WM projected as the 14 seed… BUT

10 through 15 are very close. Zachary is projected 15, and you two would avoid Ruston until the Dome. Round 2 would be Mandeville and East Ascension for you and Zachary.
