Disagree. Best football experience I ever had. The Dome was THE motivation when I was in HS.

Is this saying common knowledge? We had shirts that said this in high school

Select/non-select is dumb.
This new configuration, with publics, that take kids from outside their area in select, is better than it's predecessor.

Only four divisions for both select and non-select, is also better.

We have great match-ups in the championship games.

Curtis kind of came out of nowhere to beat them.

Until Catholic lost to Curtis, I thought the Karr vs. Catholic regional round game on 11/25/22 was the de facto Select DI championship.

Like whoever won the NFC championship when Dallas or San Fran played in the game in the 90's.

Probably Hahnville had shirts with this back when they were actually good and getting there.

OAK GROVE 10
HOMER 0
Halftime DIV NS

Defensive battle this far, Oak Grove was able to take advantage of good field position to get a TD in the 1st, and then held the ball for the majority of the second quarter capping it with a FG.

Watching this game something sticks out to me. Is Homer using their own balls or are they being forced to use Baden? I know in the past the LHSAA forced teams to use Baden in the Dome and the refs would air them up to be huge and like rocks. The QB has been struggling to throw today and the center has been struggling with bad snaps throughout. The ball looks like a brand new Baiden on the stream.
