Why would you have thought that? Jesuit is pretty terrible

Because it’s the Catholic League and that happens all the time in the playoffs where the team that loses in the regular season comes back and wins when it counts

It’s tough when the first time you get punched in the mouth all season is in the regional round.

I’d rather Chalmette go 7-3 with big game experiences than what they are doing now.

It's always a good Saturday mornong after Holy Cross beats Jesuit. Blanking them 42-0 makes it that much better

St Amant isn’t as good as their record when they don’t have the home steal advantage with the refs.

Their schedule wasn’t brutal.

Right but the talent in the Catholic League is more equal than in other districts

Mandeville played a helluva game last night. #5 on defense is gonna get looks for D1, he played a great game. St Amant just couldn’t hold up size wise and QB was making bad decisions. How does Airline look this year?

I think Mandeville beats Airline.

The district they are in is overrated this year. Everyone in that district is out of the playoffs and Airline needed a 2 pt stop to win 36-35 last night.

True, but because we didn’t play anybody out of district

Diesel is amazing to watch watched the game last night on VSN he’ll definitely play at the next level maybe at RB or DB but he can play D1

I have no love for central but they just went to Neville and pulled a win out. First year at the program for Simoneaux. They play in a district with Zachary and Catholic. They gave both of those teams a game. I hope they lose every game but they are trending up.

Walker destroyed this same Mandeville team this year.

St Amant played an easy away district schedule, aside from Dutchtown, who throttled them.

HC must have been saving up for this moment after getting their arse kicked year after year. Was not much of a “rivalry” honestly

I wouldn’t say Central is overrated. They’re good. Their schedule just isn’t brutal like someone was saying. De La Salle had a down year. West Fel is good but a school like Central shouldn’t have issues with West Fel, especially currently. Zachary and Catholic were the best teams they played.

So Walker is better than St. Amant?
