Chalmette hangs on to win 35-31. Broke up a pass in the end zone on last play off the game…….same contact on the play they’ve flagged all night but no call at the end.

They should have just taken the safety and kicked the ball off. There was only like 5 seconds left in the game. Zero reason to risk a block.

LCA was jawing and taking cheap shots like they always do. It’s not the first time these teams have played. That’s what it was about.
If LCA players had an ounce of sense to go with their talent they could beat Dunham.

I’m going off what the CHS X account posted. They actually posted that it’s the 1st time CHS has been to the state football quarterfinals since 1968, if that makes a difference. That’s my source and I’m sticking to it, lol.
