My game changer stream hasn’t been updated on a 2-2 count in 6 minutes. Could mean a number of things lol.

EA won 9-6. Walker is only team left from 4-5A. Thats really surprising

As if a 1 run game in baseball carries any weight as to how the next game will go. Barbe is nationally ranked, threw a no hitter, and only beat the #32 seed 3-0. The 3 seed lost to the 30 seed.
That's baseball...That being said, I've heard Parkway has an LSU pitcher and ULL pitcher as their 1-2 punch. Very easily could beat WM in round 2.

Walker is the early big winner with the upsets. All the other big teams in their quadrant lost. They've got 2 3-game series the next 2 rounds and the highest seed they'll face is a 19. They have no excuse not to reach the semis.

both ouachita schools are battle tested and new iberia beat sam houston this year
walker is the favorite to get there but dont act like its such a shoe in sheesh

I'm not sure... maybe Mcmain coach asked if they could just load up and head home early? It was 10-0 in the 1st inning.
Mcmain is just a bad team that shouldn't have been in the playoffs to start. Tioga threw a perfect game with 2 pitchers... pulled starter after the first inning and also pulled their other two starting pitchers from the lineup completely, as to not risk injury I assume. The guy that came in for relief is the 4th best pitcher... again... since we have a split there is hardly a reason to have 32 teams in playoffs most of the time. I realize there is the occasional upset but how many times does that team go and win the 3 game weekend series?

5A is the only class that should have 32 teams. Everyone in the playoffs in 5A is good.

Every non select class should have 24 team playoff, except for 5A. Some should probably do a 16 team playoff because that class is so weak.
Select schools should do a 10 team playoff, with the top 6 teams getting a first round bye, 7-10 and 8-9 play each other, and it leaves 8 remaining. Go with a best of 3 series in the next round, and then you go to Sulphur for the semis and finals.
They should really just do away with the split, but since that’s not going to happen, this is what they should do.
