Bobby is doing well at Alabama. Nice kid and a very good coach. I talked with Darren last year about if he had any interest in getting back into coaching. He said he's happy but he would consider taking one of his old jobs again.

Wow, just heard the 5 names and none are the head coach or long time assistants. Guess the Obama defense worked for Robi, must have been some rogue assistants who hid everything from him.

If they can tie it to the guy with South Lafourche ties, this type of cheating is probably an isolated incident, and unless you believe in punitive damages, they did not gain a competitive advantage elsewhere. Forfeiting other games was not warranted.
Now if you want to argue that they should be ruled ineligible for post-season, I'll leave that to some of you on here who know more about LHSAA rules and previous rulings. I gather here that they can be inconsistent and arbitrary, like the NCAA.
Ultimately this will have probably zero bearing on the postseason, which may be unfortunate. Destrehan will probably still be a top five team in power rankings after they finish the season 9-1 and they will probably still face inferior competition until the quarters. South Lafourche would still be in the playoffs anyway. Their power ranking might be higher and they might even pull a home game out of this.
