Nice turnover and missed shot by "The King" in the final two minutes.
Seriously, I'm going to miss these PR theatrics when LBJ retires.
As a reminder:
2025 (vs. Timberwolves): Following the Lakers' first-round exit, it was revealed via ESPN that LeBron suffered a Grade 2 MCL sprain in his left knee during Game 5, which would have kept him out of a potential Game 6.
2023 (vs Nuggets): In the 2023 Western Conference Finals against the Nuggets, LeBron James played through a significant right foot tendon injury sustained in February, which doctors advised to have surgery on. He later disclosed a new left ankle injury from a Game 2 fall.
2022 (Did Not Make Playoffs).
2021 (vs. Suns): After losing in the first round, it was confirmed that James was still struggling with a high ankle sprain originally sustained in March of that year, which significantly hindered his mobility in that series.
2018 (vs Golden State): Cavaliers star LeBron James played the last three games of the NBA Finals with a significant and "self-inflicted" right hand injury that was "pretty much a broken hand".

Probably a bruised tailbone for some odd reason.

dont want to defend him
but that ankle injury is the only legit injury there. a grown man fell into his ankle.. incredible to recover from it at age 36

I’m actually genuinely interested in where LeBron ends up next year. I assume it’s the Knicks. Just seems right up his alley he ends his career on the biggest stage. Plus Leon Rose helped start his career and bed with the Knicks, Mike Brown coached him in his prime. I think he’s going to the Knicks

Remember…LeBron is the all time leader in 25/5/5 games in the playoffs. But no one gives a shite about that kind of stats after getting swept.

How much of a pay cut does he take? Thats my curiosity - I can definitely see a 1 year deal to go back to Cleveland and end where he started

Already been reported...
In April 2026, James revealed his foot and ankle have never fully recovered from a 2021 injury, creating an "uphill battle". He also deals with left foot joint arthritis.Sciatica: James missed the first 14 games of the 2025-26 season due to sciatica and continued to manage the pain throughout the season.Hip Injury: He appeared to suffer a right hip injury during Game 2 of the 2026 playoffs against the Thunder, visibly limping.Recent Ankle Sprain: Reports from May 2026 indicate a re-injured right ankle

Will he play for the Lakers next season?

Probably a dislocated neck. Because he always snaps around to bench, then back to refs, then up to replay....to prove someone was almost touching him during a missed layup

I feel like James needs some sort of atericks next to his name in the record books. For one, in my opinion, he has played a lot longer then most of these guys hes going up against, Experience Matters! And 2 he gets more questionable foul calls go his way then other guys. Its like the nba wants him to make it more then others, just doesnt seem fair when you watch it and break it all down!

A possible career ending undisclosed tear that he has been secretly dealing with the entire season. Of course he could always go out there and sustain this injury ONLY after drawing contact WHILE down by an insurmountable amount of points. The exit will have all the pomp and circumstance of a greek tragedy. And the post game press conference will be about how he is constantly targeted by the league and it goes ignored by the refs

Lebron can put up stats for days; putting up stats in the NBA is fairly easy. But he does not impact winning like he used to. That's the difference. Statistically, he's almost as good as he was in his prime, but he's just a very good player, and not at GOAT level anymore. He also plays little to no defense anymore.

I can’t imagine a life where I would be so obsessed with one person that I track his every move in life the way you just did. Step outside and go live a little.

41 year old lebron who is either the 2nd\3rd best player on his team playing without their #1 player got swept by the #1 seed.
Is anyone shocked by this? The fact you make this thread just proves how great he was and how many losers are on this board who can't get his dick out their mouth.

This was legit. It was his own fault, but his right hand was definitely fricked up.
