Mondo ran a leg on a national champion LSU 4x100 relay team, he is fast.
Depends on how serious Mondo is, sure he could run close to 10.4 if really serious about it and gets a decent start. Warholm is a true 400 m sprinter and should easily run sub 10.4. Problem for both guys is once you to around 10.3 or faster it gets harder and harder to run faster.

Seeing 10.47 and it being a hurdler you should’ve immediately known it was a man no matter what the name was. That’s faster than the women’s world record in the 100m
