Super Bowl halftime blows. Entirely too long.

Not knowing a popular musician or actor or whatever is the most bizarre shtick this place has

Do you not have enough self-awareness to realize how pathetic you sound?

Wow. That was a very rude thing to say. I hope you apologize

I'm a Kendrick fan but I think the NFL is missing the popularity mark here. Kendrick does not make music that is appealing to a bunch of middle-aged white men and women. Even young white men and women for that matter. I'd guess they're gonna use his ties to Taylor Swift to "pop" it up. Maybe even Imagine Dragons.
Or, it's a race play, which I highly suspect. He's the "black power" rapper of the day. Is Roc Nation(Jay Z) still the entertainment partner of the NFL? Jay is all in on the victimization act. Let's not forget Lebron is partnered with Roc Nation. Would definitely explain the choice.
Hate to say it, Drake would be a far better Super Bowl performer. Far more people know his songs and his songs fit the setting far better.

62 some odd million people are about to hear Kendrick call Drake a pedophile again

They usually pick performers to get basic white women and their daughters to tune in but I guess they are targeting single black moms now. Makes sense with who is coming in the league en masse these days I reckon

Hope they get that girl who sang All the Stars to join him. Not that I really pay much attention to the halftime shows anyways

Lil Wayne seemed like an easy choice
Wayne will still very likely make an appearance

Middle aged white dudes of this board will probably bitch because it isn’t some old band that has been relevant in decades but Kendrick is pretty solid pick here.
