The Brett Rogers rumors were crap. They are going to protect Kimbo for a while longer.
I'd love to see Shammy log lock him, but I'm sure he goes along with the plan and brawls so Kimbo can get the KO.

He hasn't won a fight in over four years and has been KO/TKO'd in his last five fights.
Arguably his last noteable victory was in 1995 against Dan Severn.
But he does have name recognition and will draw ratings.

Exactly. Hopefully Kimbo KO's a "big name" in MMA to prove that he's legit. I don't like the fight, but Shamrock brings more casual viewers than Gannon would've and definitely more than Rogers.

You people are ridiculous, dont blame Kimbo for who he fights. Blame Pro-Elite. You have got to remember, this is only going to be his fourth fight. We all know that he's not on any legit HWs level, but beating James Thompson in only your third fight is pretty impressive. Thompson might have a glass jaw, but he comes to fight and has been in there with some top HWs.

I hate to say it but I'll end up watching it. For some reason Shamrock is a car-wreck. I have to watch him no matter how bad he is now.
