I love Vlad's swing, but Griffey's swing is by far the prettiest.

He has been practicing it since 1940

What made Griffey's swing so great was he has the quickest hands maybe ever. He had a long loopy swing but had the hand speed to wait long enough to read the pitch and react. That is why he hit for power and average.
Griffey FTW

Jay Buhner was his best friend on the team. He said everything he did was sweet and seemed effortless. From baseball to golf or riding quads.
Yes.....Jr. had a beautiful swing. The ball just jumped off his bat.

Ken Griffey Jr's swing
is it not the prettiest swing of all time?
possibly, but you'll never see a coach try to teach a kid to swing like he did

Like Tiger? You have to be a freak to make it work.
Griffey's swing is by far the greatest ever.

I wonder how many homers he would have had he cared enough to put in extra work and keeep himself in shape.
He definitely had the prettiest swing I've ever seen thought. Followed by Clark. What is it about lefties that makes their swings so much more aesthetically pleasing?

How was it pitching against him? Did you ever go up against him?
