What really pissed off the Chiefs brass was that Hunt lied to them about what happened. They started defending him to the media based on what he told them. Then all the sudden video comes out that totally contradicted his story so they released him. The Chiefs have stood by Hill but not Hunt because he made them look bad because of his lies.
