Give Mac Jones an actual OC, a decent WR and a decent OL and he would be the best of that class.
Mac Jones is arse. He has no amazing attribute to carry a team. Weak arm, dirty player, huge crybaby, etc

He has no chest.

He might be accurate, but he’s made some idiot plays this year and has been a turnover machine. Pretty sure his career TD/turnover ratio is almost even at this point.

That’s a 28 TD, 4000+ yards, 100QBR pace over a full season with a bunch of castoffs everywhere around him. 2nd Year QB in his second system. Taker your hater shades off

He's definitely starting to give off Jalen Hurts vibes.

This board hated Hurts but there were a couple of us that when watching him could see the upside.

Not saying the Bears will become the Eagles, but you can see it in Fields like you could Hurts.

The thing about Hurts is his work ethic. He works his arse off and gets better every week. He ain't on no bullshite. If Fields has that same mentality it's hard to think he won't be successful.

But he's not developed to the point a franchise QB should be.

It took Drew Brees Year 4.

He's slowly proving me wrong.

I was not sold on him at all coming out of OSU.

I thought he locked onto his #1 target way too much and didn't see him go through progressions.

Justin Fields has looked pretty good the last few games once they started actually letting him throw it against the Commanders. Him vs Tua today was a super fun game.

Fields actually getting some weapons is going to be dangerous.
