I watched when I could but other stuff was sometimes going on during the games.
When will the 30 for 30 air?

I’m pissed! When they moved the championship game to DFW, I decided that I’d buy tickets and was really looking forward to taking a group there as a goof. Dammit to Hell! I guess the next best thing is NBA playoff tickets.

it bugs me in statements when the writer says we cannot thank, then adds multiple parties, and doesn’t close the sentence with enough.
they just said they can’t thank the players, fans, etc etc. good talk

So I know this is a dumb question, but if an outside investor could cobble together $70 million, could they buy the league back from Tom Dundon?

It’s not a dumb question - I don’t get why they can’t tell him to GTFO just for pulling this.

Moving the championship was a huge sign the league was in trouble

lock Dundon out of everything and keep the app away from him.
Not sure it works like that

He bought in and is the majority owner of the league

supposedly the players were told to find their own way home at their own expense.

I'm assuming you just mean players in cities for away games?

Dundon is a real POS.

The more I think about it, the more it kind of pisses me off. Tom Dundon comes off like a massive dickweed. SB Nation explains how.
I know it wasn't can't-miss football, but it was something to watch in the waning days of winter/spring. My kiddo is kind of a stats junkie and he was enjoying watching how their standings unfolded.
Heard they even made the players pay their own way home from wherever their road games were or whatever.

In the end, the story of the AAF might not be one of a league full of promise that flew too close to the sun, and instead the tale of a billionaire destroying a league to get some software. Nobody is better off for the AAF dying, and it’s all a shame.
