Why would they throw the accusers out of school?
But, the accused don't always get a fair shake. Know of a student who had sex with a girl where she was on top, and she claimed rape. He was summarily tossed out.

Why is it they are allowed to blatantly lie like this, with proof to show they did have a consensual sexual relationship..... without any punishment or at least blowback?

FWIW, I don’t think there would be enough evidence to convict her of lying either.

There are rumors, that in some of these accusations in past yearish(of students, not just athletes) that title9 people are allowing regret sex as an excuse and means to a sexual assault.
