Why doesn't the NCAA, push for a change of venue to federal court?

Wouldn't being based in Indiana make them eligible to move it to federal court?

I don't understand why they keep letting these local state judges make decisions that effect a national sport.

Is it not about time? That stuff takes time? Would federal court realistically take the case and rule before the season is over?

Judges act like corrupt "gods" everywhere else, why not here?

I doubt it would make its way all of the way through to completion but if it was moved to federal court, then it would negate this Texas state injunction and allow a federal judge to decide if an injunction should be issued.
