Why doesn't the NCAA, push for a change of venue to federal court?

Wouldn't being based in Indiana make them eligible to move it to federal court?

I don't understand why they keep letting these local state judges make decisions that effect a national sport.

Is it not about time? That stuff takes time? Would federal court realistically take the case and rule before the season is over?

Judges act like corrupt "gods" everywhere else, why not here?

I doubt it would make its way all of the way through to completion but if it was moved to federal court, then it would negate this Texas state injunction and allow a federal judge to decide if an injunction should be issued.

For starters, the TT president should be forced to resign for allowing this BS to be appealed when he is fully aware that gambling is not allowed by college athletes. No telling what damage he just did to college athletics. AD and HC, same thing.

CFP should let Texas Tech know now that they will be not be eligible for any post season bowl games or playoffs because they played/going to play a player was ruled ineligible by the NCAA.

Judge needs to be reprimanded and/or removed for totally F-ing up college sports even more than it currently is.

These local judges wouldn’t allow it.

If he plays a snap after betting on his own team, the NCAA should just shut down. They dont control the sport anymore. Its insane a judge would rule that Sorsby can play after betting on his team. Wish Pete Rose was still alive to chime in!

The quote sounds a little like something Rich Rod would say?
