It always drove me crazy that "game time" was 7
But they actually start at 7:08 after all introductions and NA.
Can't was start that stuff at 6:52 instead?

This is an American sports issue tbh. MLB is probably the best at it since they give you a first pitch time.

Well yeah it’s the all star game. You get introductions, stuff like Shaq with the Jabbawockees, the top 75 players unveiled, etc.

I disagree. NFL starts at exactly the given start time. Baseball gives exact times as well like 7:49 first pitch. This is an NBA problem only.
