But it’s ok for Kimmel to come and say the things he does? Why is that?
Whole thing is irrelevant the list will never come out so the court would never be able to prove either way if he is or isn’t on this list.

Rodgers statements are not actionable in any way, shape or form. Kimmel’s patently false accusation that the innocuous statement put his “family in danger” is way more inflammatory fwiw. But we should expect nothing less from a POS like Kimmel.
