Jimbo looks like a disheveled caffeine addict.

Sean looks like he's reading the newspaper at a café at 6am.

That's why it takes him 39 seconds just to call an HB dive

We used to make fun of the OCs that had overblown call sheets or multiple pages. What Jimbo has seems insane, but the more condensed you are as a play-caller, the smaller your call sheet will be. Air Raid has very few actual calls, but many tags and adjustments, so the call sheet doesn’t need to be enormous. The triple is such a structured system of attack that you have banked adjustments to whatever crazy front you’ll get.

The problem with the pro style guys is that there are too many formations and too many plays for each defensive adjustment.

Font looks pretty big. Maybe he has trouble reading the small font so he needs big fonts?

having said that it would not surprise me that part of 3&7's problem is that their offense is too complex.

Further proof he hasn't entered the 21st century as a playcaller, coach or leader

I get the play sheets but why the whole notebook? Take notes when you watch film later. What is in that damn notebook.

Paul Johnson didn't even have that. He would call shite off of memory. Dude was an offensive savant...too bad his recruiting sucked due to a refusal to modernize his offense in the slightest.

Would love to have seen him coach elite talent. My dad was a high school coach who was die hard split back veer (and I was his QB for three years), so I love his scheme.

Looks like they're paying him $5 million per call sheet?

His recruiting sucked because every kid in America thinks they're going to the NFL. There was nothing wrong with the offense. Georgia Tech will never play in another Big 6 bowl running conventional offense.

I played in the flex one, it’s roughly the same 10-15 plays but you’re coming out in different looks. That’s why it’s so easy for him to remember. Same as Leach and his Air Raid

Leach’s system is about presentation. You can run the same concept out of a couple dozen different formations with just simple tags. And you can tweak a pass concept by tagging a WR and changing his route.
