And let's not forget that Brett Favre not only wanted out, but wanted to end up in Minny. The Packers had to put a clause in their trade to the Jets that they would surrender three 1st round picks if the Jets traded Favre to the Vikings. The Jets had to release him to avoid the compensation.

If he wants to win a title, it’s now or never, and Houston has no way to upgrade the team except for a years long rebuild. I honestly don’t blame him.

I do, the reason we have zero draft picks and Westbrook are because he decided he didn’t want to play with Paul anymore

I am fricking sorry he had to have to ball so much and play on a team complete designed to his play

If he wanted to win, he could have tried to move off the ball fricking ONCE

It's like James is from Mars and Kyrie is from a pancake.

Wait, what? A lot of star baseball players have no-trade clauses just for this reason. They can null and void a trade if it might send them to a team they do not like.

James Harden is a weak bitch... he represents the entitlement of many today...I suck at what I do,

Are you arguably one of the best 5 people on the planet at your job?

I'm guessing not.

I love how people get on the keyboard and bang away and talk trash on guys who are weak when they have ascended to the top of their craft through insane amounts of hard work.

Harden gave us 8 great years, the owner fricked it up and lost the coach and GM and now the team is fricked. If he has leverage, use it.

him throwing a temper tantrum demanding to go to a specific team... what other sport does this happen? "I WANT TO GO TO THAT TEAM"...could you imagine Mike Trout demanding to be traded to the Yankees?

Compare the selfish black player to the white team player.

But yeah. They’re the real racists.

You people. I swear.

John Elway threatened to quit football for baseball if the colts didn't trade him at the draft.

Carson Palmer basically quit football until he was free of the Bengals grasp.

Let's not act like this something exclusive to basketball.

Don't bring facts to his rant.

The NBA died as a team sport years ago. The teams no longer matter at all. Most of the fans don't even care about the teams anymore. People are fans of individual players and their loyalty and attention follows the player around.

The NBA has brought this upon themselves as well.

Regardless, that's the situation. The big name players hold all the power and they are the league. They decide what teams they want, they decide who the coaches are going to be. It's all kinda theater.

Houston doesn't have to trade him to Brooklyn. They can and should trade him to whoever offers the best deal.

Should every 31 year old in the league be placed on a contender? Why does this perennial loser get special treatment

Perennial loser you are acting like he is Devon booker or something. Only lebron won more games in the last decade. And lebron was on super teams and in the east for most of those years.

How about we have an NBA team of Guard, Magic Johnson, guard, isiah Thomas, Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, and Dennis Rodman ? Let’s throw in Akeem the dream as a back up ? Might add John Stockton and Karl Malone OTB.

Let’s win six or seven titles in a row.

Everybody gets a trophy.

Same thing ad did

You know what started all this mess when cp deal to lakers was nixed and Eric Gordon got shipped to New Orleans and claimed he was hurt for the rest of his contract
