I just don’t understand how everyone can see that this guy is not a QB except NFL GMs. Mind boggling to me. Hes going to go the same route as Anthony Richardson
These dork executives talk themselves in to measurable and what a guy does in underwear in February instead of watching what they do in actual football games. Anthony Richardson is a prime example. Dude is an unreal athlete, but he sucked in college and he sucks now. It’s akin to the NBA taking guys based off athleticism. The sole objective of the game is to put the ball in the hoop and they’ll take guys that can’t shoot because of their measurables. I feel like I’m taking crazy pills sometimes

It only takes one team. The Steelers like him, it is unbelieveable really.

They started inviting 2nd rd picks a while ago didn’t they?

Saints Lock!
The melt would be fantastic, Chicken would need to fire up some more servers unless scaling is built into the infrastructure.

This move is typically offered to guys who think they are going in the first round.
Maybe someone else has said it, but this isn't true anymore.
Starting fairly recently (maybe last year or the year before), the have started adding guys to the Green Room that could go in Rounds 2 and 3, to have people there for day 2.

Any GM that takes him in the first round should be fired.
Somehow Milroe can apparently convince even very smart people of anything behind closed doors. It wouldn't shock me to see him in the 1st or 2nd. He'll never see the field though

Every time people watched Alabama the last two years he played great even though it was almost entirely due to the LSU and Georgia defenses completely psyching themselves out over his abilities. All you have to do is stack the box. He can throw deep, but not all that accurately especially under pressure. Everyone except for UGA and LSU figured that out somehow.
This is also the reason everyone thought we were crazy for criticizing him this whole time: all anyone ever watched were those big games.

He should sit at the desk sitting next to the teacher because he's horrible.

I would turn in my Saints fan card if we draft him.
Honestly, I'd melt like a motherfricker if we drafted Shedeur either, but maybe keep the fan card one more season.

They’ll use him as the guy who keeps dropping that they can keep panning to looking kinda dejected throughout the first round and possibly into the second.
Honestly think he could be a decent weapon out of the backfield for a creative teams. Only so many guys run in the 4.3s at his size.
Problem is most creative play callers have good QBs already and you’d be taking it out of their hands to let him do the Taysom hill thing so it’s not really worth a first round pick. But if some good franchise could get him in the late 2nd/3rd I think you could develop some really good packages for him.

NFL GM's and many scouting departments continue to place WAY too much value on athletic measureables.

15 years ago this guys isnt even drafted.
Wow they overblow a QB. Cant wait until he busts.

14 years ago Jake Locker was the 8th pick of the draft after completing 54% of his passes in college. Christian Ponder went 4 picks later.

Jon Gruden & Mel Kiper raved about Locker too saying he was a can't miss prospect.

This is correct. They bring in another room full of players for rounds 2 and 3 of the draft. The tweet in the OP doesn't say what day he was invited

Agreed. If he only played every game like he did against LSU I might think about it.

Wow.
This one probably doesn't end well.
