Wouldn't surprise me if he doped, I would like to believe he didn't but like any other player from last 20 or so years, if he came out and admitted I would not be shocked.

I'd say MLB and the PA both share blame. Sure the PA has fought tooth and nail, but its not like Bud Selig tried very hard either. He and the owners turned the other way during the 90s home run explosion. Attendance and viewership were way up.
