Is nascar the most mentally exhausting sport?

Constant calculated decision making for such a long period of time. No other sport can say that. Basketball maybe but it's not the same risk on the line of you frick up obviously.

Thoughts?

The speed at which all the cars are racing is unimaginable. Physically exhausting too.

Golf is up there, too, though without the chance of dying.

Indy Car is probably worse than NASCAR since your head is out of the car

I would put golf up there too. Though, it's easier to recover from a bad decision in golf than nascar.

I guess really any sport where it's basically up yo one person would be up there. But the length of time adds to it.

I would say in golf mentality greatly affects your performance. Very very greatly in fact. But It doesn't have that exhausting factor that I'm thinking nascar has

Orchestra is at least as much of a sport as NASCAR.
