I think it is not really an argument. When Gronk gets healthy. They can squabble. If tony Gonzalez finds a flux capacitor, they can squabble. If Aaron Hernandez were not a serial murderer they could squabble.

Jimmy Graham is on another level and has blown past Gronk with his dedication to the game.

While Graham was getting better at his position, Gronk was out partying with porn stars and college kids, pushing back his return date.

If all goes like it has been, Graham will shatter Gronk's record and never look back. Gronk will be plagued by nagging injuries his entire career and will always be about having a good time over doing what it takes to make himself better.

Here's something I'm honestly thinking about: does Jimmy have a shot at breaking Moss' rec TD record in a season this year? I think it could be close.

Gronk > Davis > Graham. Davis is easily the best blocking tight end in the game and is a damn good receiving threat. Dude is 6'3 250 and runs a sub 4.50 40. He's an all around better athlete than both graham and Gronk, but Gronk is all around better. Davis is used differently than Graham and is better for it.
This reminds me of an old thread.

Right now Graham might be the 2nd best player in the league behind Peyton. Every time he touches the ball it's rape.

I question though if Brees' over-reliance on him will eventually prove costly with the forcing that he sometimes does.
