Having XY DNA means yourmusculoskeletal system is denser, stronger, faster than someone with XX chromosomes.

Womb not ovaries. That is with a defective Y in the XY and requires constant estrogen and progesterone therapy as they can’t produce them (nor testosterone). They also require an egg donor and in vitro fertilization. Without constant therapy they would be closer to androgynous form without functional reproductive internals. They functionally have a single X chromosome and not an XY or XX.
We have special Olympics for those types…

I’m not calling him trans. I’m rightfully pointing out that he is a biological male that is calling himself a female. If he is in fact a biological female (he’s not), he would have settled this a long time ago.
At this point, I don’t even care what gender this guy wants to call himself as his thoughts and feelings are irrelevant when it comes to his DNA anyways. He should not be allowed to compete against women on an international stage, particularly not the Olympics. If Algeria wants to deny biology for the chance to gain a gold medal, that speaks to their character and lack thereof.
This legal complaint has no leg to stand on. What’s next? Ugly broads filing complaints for being called ugly?

I also recall the IOC confirming the IBA's findings, but also stating she still met the standard; but the article may not have confirmed the findings but acknowledged their results were different that the IBA's.
