If you’re the Bears. You barely gave Justin Fields a chance now you’re drafting a girlirier version with less potential of HOF and more of molesting a male stripper.

If Caleb isn't a top 5 QB in the next 3 years they likely made a huge miscalculation

I just don't see it. I think they made a terrible move by not sticking with Fields.

This is the dumbest take I’ve seen on this board in awhile

Caleb might flop… but claiming Fields has more potential than him is patently absurd

Fields sucks. Caleb Williams will midly suck less, but Chicago is where offensive football goes to die.

They gave fields 2 years and didn't like what they saw. Not sure what people want Chicago to do

Caleb can make plays like Aaron Rodgers...we haven't seen him with a decent O-line. He had to score 50 to win games because of USC's shite defense. Lincoln Riley owes him...NFL draft is always about potential. Did Lincoln ruin it?

I don’t think that there is much of an upgrade in Williams I would have kept JF and traded back to get two number 1’s and a high pick next year

I wouldn’t be shocked if big gay Caleb is a bigger flop than Jamarcus

3 years.

Let’s face it thought. They are replacing Justin Fields with a 25% more gay version of Justin Fields.

the terrible move is drafting the biggest prima Donna in years when you’ve got decent options at the qb position around him like McCarthy and Daniels who seem to be way more adjusted. I think Williams will have a tough time winning a locker room

And neither did the rest of the league. A sixth rounder (maybe 4th) was all the league thinks of him.

We have hit the other extreme with Williams now. He's still a great prospect.

LSU fans would rather us take the 200lb soaking wet twig who can’t throw over the middle, had a high sack rate, and was mediocre his first years in CFB. The guy who feasted on having Nabers/Thomas dominating for him and will get broken in half with his slight frame. Basically a poor mans Fields.

I’ll take Caleb

He's soft, struggles when he is pressured, struggles to be a pocket QB, has never played under center, entitled, has a helicopter dad who is basically acting as his agent, and comes off as someone who won't fit with NFL locker room culture.

What could go wrong
