I'd move the HQ from Bristol to the south. I'd get rid of all the michelle beadle cowherd type shows and produce a lot more 30-for-30 type shows.
I'd bust a cap in Berman and Hannah Storm.

Its a good question. I'd run it like a business and maximize ratings. Which is really what they are doing. I don't know why people feel the need to expect objectivity out of them.

Drop the Sports Reporters. That show is nothing but intellectual goofballs who never played a sport.
Stop replaying stories. If you show a Tom Rinaldi story on Gameday, don't replay it throughout the week on Sportscenter. Sportscenter is too long bc of stuff like this.

Get rid of all female on air reporters over 33 & have total nude broadcasting by female reporters between the hrs of 1:00 am & 5 am for all us all nighters. Contact whoever did Jimmy Hoffa & give him the contract on Lou Holtz. At the end of each program, list the salaries of the talking heads who just signed off so we know just how much BS costs nowadays, i.e. Mike Greenberg of Mike & Mike supposedly makes $2M a yr.

i like espn.....no i dont like all there shows..i do like baseball tonight,their coverage of college basketball,sunday morning countdown to the nfl and i think they do a great job with monday night football.they could do a better job with college football on sat. mornings,show more boxing and more nascar and bass fishing.
