Not all these teams need to contract but some definitely need to relocate.

MLB - Padres, Pirates, Royals, Rays
NHL - Florida, Columbus, Carolina, Tampa Bay, Phoenix, Nashville Dallas
NFL - Jags and Bills
NBA - Wolves, Kings, Cavs, Bucks, Bobcats, Pelicans

NFL, MLB, NHL = None. Hell the NFL could and should expand.

NBA = Toronto, Detroit, Charlotte, Sacramento, New Orleans, and Utah.

NFL- No need, dominate sport in America

MLB- No idea b/c I don't follow baseball, but rather than contraction of teams, how about contraction of schedule. 60 game season would be 10248935843952394 times better. I may actually watch a game if so

NBA- Toronto, Sactown, Charlotte

NHL- The whole league

Has anybody actually bothered to look at the Raptor's attendance numbers? They are a profitable franchise with very solid ownership Toronto has been in the upper third in terms of fan numbers...

NFL, MLB, NBA - I don't watch them and I don't care. Wouldn't miss any of them if the folded.

NHL - Phoenix and Florida (Miami). This would make all divisions have 7 teams.

I would relocate Dallas to Seattle.

I've never heard of a man who didn't watch at least 1 of the big 3. Interesting

If you are getting rid of Carolina and Florida Tampa needs to go as well.

a perpetual playoff team? yeah, okay

a perpetual playoff team that year after year can't put asses in the seats even during the playoffs when they actually have a good team?

yeah, definitely.

I love college basketball and football, but just can't get interested in the pro leagues. I might start watching a little NFL as more Alabama players get drafted. I can't watch baseball at any level.
