I feel like the games lack sufficient WOKENESS. They see to be faking the funk. I need more court and jersey sloganeering and maybe a halftime lecture on the NBA's effort to eradicate white supremacy and build local power to intervene in violence inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes. I mean, if they want to keep me interested they need to start a more vigorous WOKE conversation.

I don't know what it is about the piped in noise, but the NBA games have this very strange metallic/ringing/wa-oh wa-oh type sound to me. Hockey isn't that way, baseball isn't that way-- I don't know if its the accoustics of the gym or what, but I have to mute the sound to watch more than a quarter.

I did the same thing while I was painting my living room. Was hoping to see LeCHODE lose. The product and commentary sucked and I was justifiably disgusted to see BLAQUE LIVES MATTER plastered on the court. I switched to the Netflix series “Fear City” and enjoyed that so much more.

It does kinda feel like summer league, but I've enjoyed most of the games I've watched.
25,000 people in the stands will still be better than no one, so yeah
It will just feel like some small bowl game.
