There's no way that is real. I don't think it's possible for a femur to come out so perfectly exposed. He most likely would have bled to death before they got him to the hospital.

This. Pic was taken in the hospital in Fundacion, Colombia, after the guy's motorcycle struck a car.

apparently its real but it's from a motorcycle crash not an MMA fight

I mean it's possible, I just don't know how one would survive it, afterwards.

His Femoral artery had to be tore the frick up and beyond repair, even it that is a real victim of another accident, any word if he survived?

As soon as I saw the pic I knew it wasn't from a MMA fight. The force that caused that kind of injury would not be possible in a fight.

I follow MMA... but I don't know any submissions that attack the femur.

The closest thing I know of is a knee bar... and that will not break a femur.
