The worst NFL team still has 53 NFL players on their roster.

Most vastly underestimate how hard it is just to make an NFL 53 man roster.

the Chicago Charities College All-Star Game was an annual preseason matchup from 1934 to 1976 where a team of top college graduates played the reigning NFL champions. The series ended after the 1976 game due to rising rookie salaries and injury concerns. The pros won 30 times, while the college all-stars won 9.
Key Details:
Final Game: On July 23, 1976, the Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the College All-Stars 24-0 in a game shortened by heavy rain.
Last College Win: The college team last defeated the NFL champions in 1963, when they beat the Green Bay Packers.
Background: Created by Chicago Tribune sports editor Arch Ward, the game was a major event that originally drew large crowds, sometimes over 100,000.
Famous Matchups: In 1969, the College All-Stars played against the Super Bowl III champion New York Jets.
Final Record: The NFL teams dominated the series, winning 30 games, losing 9, and tying 2.
The best high school players go to 100s of different colleges, best of college players go to one of 32 teams and then have to beat out the already established best of college that made it in the pros.
The worst NFL team is comprised of the best in college football and they have to defend that position every year with new best in college coming into the league.
NFL vs College in football would be a slaughter.

Pick the worst NFL team of ALL TIME. That team beats Indiana by 50. Some of you guys are fricking retarded
2026 Indiana with a Time Machine absolutely smokes the 1926 Green Bay Packers or any other team from that era. It was well into the late 80’s when 300lb linemen started to become the norm.
“The worst NFL team of all time” would literally be some team from the early 1920’s that folded in 2 years while trotting out 160lb offensive linemen. Do you really think that team clobbers Indiana by 50?

0. The worst NFL team would destroy any college team. There’s a massive difference in those two worlds. Now 2019 LSU? We would have beaten the Kansas City Chiefs!

Looks like Indiana would have easily beaten this awful New England team.

Two years? Try one game (a 45-0 L) like the Tonawanda Kardex

quote:Well the Bengals, Browns, Falcons, Chiefs, Saints, Panthers, and Cowboys lost to these teams
I say Jets, Titans and Cardinals for sure
Apparently Indiana will beat them though
Never go full retard

Each year there are roughly 17,000 college football players eligible for the draft... only 259 of them actually get drafted.
NFL teams, even the bad ones, consists of about the best .5% to 1% of the best college football players out there. 50% of first round draft picks are outright busts. 16 of the best 32 players college football has to offer can't make it 3 years in the league.
Add to that, this is also a time where college rosters are less deep than they ever have been because of the portal and NIL.
2012 Alabama, a team where every one of the starting 22 went on the NFL, would still get blasted by a team like the Raiders. The difference in level of play can not be underestimated.
