Granted we haven’t lost the Qb

Saints lost three QB's at one point.

Vrabel can take a back seat to Payton.

The Saints making the playoffs after everything they've been through is nothing short of miraculous.

It should be him or Payton.

They didn’t get in, but Payton should be COY and it isn’t even close. The injuries each respective coaching candidate had to overcome is impressive, but only one of them also had to deal with a natural disaster that displaced the team for a month.

Vrabel won the AFC with Tanny as a QB. They should name the trophy after him at this point.

Titans had 6000 yards without a 4000 yd passer, 1000 yd rusher or a 1000 yd receiver.

I wonder if that has ever happened before.

Should be the Raiders interim coach. Actually it should be John Madden. Raiders have been a completely different team since he died. They were a lifeless husk of a team since the Ruggs incident and now they are fighting tooth, fang, and claw. Don't overlook the win one for Madden factor when analysing the Bengals-Raiders playoffs match up. Raiders will be fired up.

Didn’t the Saint break the record for most starters in a season? They lost more meaningful players

58 different starters which doesn't include Michael Thomas or Wil Lutz who didn't play a snap this season.

I think 36-8 fits the bill.

The fact that the interim coach for Vegas got more votes than Zac Taylor is ridiculous.

Because he's yet another in a growing line of Titans HCs to go one-and-done with the number one seed in the playoffs? All while his defense recorded nine sacks in the game and they couldn't muster more than sixteen points in a game that went to OT with the best RB in the game?

Oh, and a guy that went 7-5 as an interim coach and is now the special teams coordinator for Green Bay isn't?

How do you get 3 votes for Coach of the Year and you aren't even a head coach anywhere at the end of the season?

One guy delivered an organizations first Division Title and playoff appearance in 6 years; the other filled in for "Mr. Mean Email" Jon Gruden.

It’s just regular season though. Obviously he is in the super bowl. Vrabel warning the top seed in the dominant afc with the whole team injured and an awful Qb there was never a doubt as I originally stated in my OP. a no doubter
