FWIW

from 2001, winning percentage

from 2001, winning seasons

last 10 years, winning percentage

Brees was absolutely better than Brady last season

And what did it get him? At home on the couch with his kids watching the superbowl. He wasn't good enough.

.....
I’m giving brees props. He’s better than Matt Ryan, & a top 5 QB.

Just don’t think he was the best QB or the 2nd best player in the league.

Kiss my arse.

Who should be ahead of him?

Other than Matt Ryan, am I right falcon fan?

No, dumb frick.
I’ve rated Brees higher than Matt Ryan on here before. I have no issue saying Brees is better. I’m not even a big fan of Matt Ryan.

But Brees is not the 2nd best player in the whole fricking league.

I’d put Kamara, Wagner, AB, Julio, Mahommes, Gurley & Hopson over him.

The people who play in the league and play against all of these players disagree.

Their opinion carries WAYYYY more weight than yours.

You’re putting way too much stock into this list.

This describes the voting process.

Based off of this, can we all assume this is how Cam Newton's ballot looked:

1) Cam Newton
2) Cam Newton
3) Cam Newton
4) Cam Newton
5) Cam Newton
6-20) Cam Newton

So every Patriots starter was the best in the NFL at their position is what you're saying?

What a shitty post and logic you have.

but how can you justify putting him over Mahommes & Brady from last season?
What?

The better question is how can you justify Brady as better than Brees last season?

Brees was better in every imaginable way.

You would put bobby Wagner over brees. I'm guessing that's Hopkins?

That’s a pretty faulty line of thinking. It’s a team game if you hadn’t noticed.

I’m kind of surprised they put him at #2. His last throw of the year was an INT that gave the game to the LA Rams.

Wait... so you're telling me that I'm wrong saying that the team with the best record in the league arguably wasn't the best team in the league??? GTFO

Remember though, the refs made him throw that.

Hey, can you do that for their playoff record too?

Last time I ran the numbers, I remember them having an almost identical winning percentage outside the division as inside the division.

Not exactly

But they did miss the obvious hands to the face call on that play

And the PI that they said didnt happen due to the ball being tipped, even though Fowler wasnt within a foot of tipping the ball

Strange game that was
