Of course they won't. Manning couldn't deliver when it mattered most. He was 0-4 against Florida in college, got skull-drugged by Nebraska in his final collegiate game. And the two Super Bowls rings he has were won by his defense. He's Brett Favre with one more ring. He's an elite QB who is easily Top 10 all-time. But he more often than not failed to deliver when championships were on the line.

all facts.

Put me in the "Brady is the GOAT but nobody plays the position better than Rodgers category."

I'll take Brady over manning, and I do think that Brady's accolades and resume make him the goat at this point in time.

I also think that Rodgers plays the position better than anyone else and can make throws that Brady and manning only dream of. Unfortunately for Rodgers, I don't think he will surpass Brady as the goat since team accomplishments do count towards consideration.

This has nothing to do with NFL accomplishments

It shows you don't care about the NFL (or Brady), but simply have a psychopathic obsession against Peyton

This makes me want to punch you. It sounds like you know it's stupid to use team accomplishments, yet first take and ESPN is forcing you to.

Watch this, team accomplishments don't mean shite when discussing who is a better individual player

So when two players has similar stats, how do you set them apart from each other?

Yeah, over twice as many turnovers as touchdowns in his SB appearances. We all know what happened the one time he attempted to make a game tying or winning drive.

I wonder why the Peyton fanboys are avoiding this post like the plague.

Fwiw, Rodgers and Brady don't have similar stats, Rodgers has him beat by a good margin, it's not terribly close.

But to answer your question, the answer is the QBs are similar, maybe even the same. That's ok.

Donte Stallworth was in his 6th year, and posted stats close to the average of his first 6 years. It was after he left New England when he was truly washed up, going to Cleveland and never recovering afterwards.

Chad Johnson was still a very good wide receiver when he arrived at New England, but he struggled with the playbook.

If they were washed up at New England, Wes Welker was at Denver.

I simply threw together a list of players both have played with.

"Tom Brady never having playmakers" is a myth.

With the exception of Randy Moss and Rob Gronkowski, Brady made the vast majority of his receivers into playmakers.

Do you really believe Chris Hogan, Julian Edelman, and Danny Amendola succeed anywhere else?

And Peyton Manning didn't?

What were these guys before/after Peyton Manning?

Austin Collie?
Pierre Garcon?
Brandon Stokley?
Marcus Pollard?
Jacob Tamme?
Anthony Gonzalez?
Eric Decker?
Julius Thomas?

Both have had playmakers. Randy Moss, Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez, Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Wes Welker, Demaryius Thomas, Emmanuel Sanders, Dallas Clark, Brandon Lloyd, Julian Edleman, etc.

Stop acting like Peyton Manning only put up better numbers because he had all these "playmakers" while Tom Brady didn't (myth).
