The rockets finished 2nd in the deepest conference in NBA history. They won the deepest division in NBA history. It's pretty silly to have to defend thier skill at this point in the season.

Fair enough. Who (in the West) has a better chance to beat the Warriors than the Clips?

Finishing 2nd when you have the same or damn near the same record as 3 other teams is no major indicator of a great team.

This makes no sense.

However you want to spin it, the Rockets had the 3rd best record in the NBA in the toughest division.

They didn't just stumble upon that record by accident. They are a good team.

Dwight Howard....oh yea definitely not impressed. Take the words from Kobe "soft soft soft".

I remember him coming out of high school. He was supposed to be this phenom that would challenge Shaq for the best center of the last 25 years. Not even close. Not even fricking close.

When they lose this series, it will all be meaningless. Clips in 6.

According to who? Sounds like you were expecting too much. There's no shame in not being the best center in the last 25 years, especially when you've been the best in the league since '08. When he was banged up with a bad back you can poll the GMs and they'd still take him over any other NBA center.

Honestly, I think the Rockets have a better chance of beating the Warriors than the Clips because the Rockets have so much more depth than the Clippers do and the Warriors bench can exploit the likes of Austin Rivers and Big baby much more so than anyone on the Rockets.

Just my opinion though.

According to the national media that rode his dick constantly. He's a "good" center but has never and will never live up to full expectations imo. There are many I'd take over him and I listed them itt a bit earlier.

He is like 4 inches shorter than Shaq. And way to rewrite history. Some people liked Okafor better that draft.

That would be ridiculously retarded though. Kobe has 5 rings. Mike had 6. That's pretty close. Howard has 0 and will never win one. That's not very close.

Kobe is also 3rd ALL TIME in points. That's sick as frick. I don't have to keep going with all star appearances and bla bla do I?

Most will agree that Kobe is not close to Jordan. I agree and I'm a Jordan hater and a Kobe fan.

I'm 35 years old. I read the articles back then and listened to the analysts that said Howard was this amazing phenom second coming of Wilt lol. Good player...not great.

Aldridge>Howard
Randolph>Howard
Gasol x 2 > Howard
Griffin>Howard
