Don’t think you mean the Kings

Really don’t expect to see Klay this year TBH
Think GSW takes the year off

what a dumb arse question.

Be a man and just ask why do people like teams with players who speak out on social issues about minorities like you really want to.

I’m sure 99% of the Pelicans players share the same views as LeBron & other NBA players but you still root for them

But you haven’t rooted for any of these guys for more than 2 years, much less your whole life

If you owned a boat named West Coast Ag, and then you replaced every single piece of the boat in 6 months, is it still the same boat?

If your first and only argument is deflection, you probably have a shite argument

I mean it’s a valid point. Zion, Lonzo, Ingram, Hart, Redick, and Favors are probably all going to (barring injury) be either starters or have relatively high minutes off the bench, and they are all in their first year with NOP and haven’t played an actual regular season or postseason game with the team. And Okafor is another player who could play major minutes and he’s only in his 2nd year with the team and Moore is only in his 3rd year as another one.

So save Jrue, the OP’s question is just as relevant to NOP as it is LAL.

I look at it this way.

I own a boat. I finish my trip and thank the crew for a job well done. I now plan take take my ship on a new trip. I hire a new crew that is capable.

The crew on board changes but it’s still the same ship.

The players change but it’s still the Lakers.

I've been a Lakers fan for 40 years and I am ambivalent about the current version/roster. Nothing about the Lakers excite me anymore.

Ummm I’ve been a Lakers fan my whole life so I root for the Lakers. That’s the connection. I don’t stop cheering for a team because my favorite player no longer plays.

Don't you mean, do you still like that boat? Yes, he will still like it.

Yes, it is still your boat. Just like how when your team replaces a player, a true fan generally doesn't jump ship.

Your user name is NawlinsTiger. If the Tiger is for LSU, how do you square this with thinking you can't be a fan if players constantly change? At LSU, players are always being completely replaced.

You do have to hand it to the Lakers this year by landing the best Undrafted rookie in this years class in Norvell. .
