that sort of goes out the window when your face is shoved into the mat
It's wrestling, that kind of shite happens all the time. Nothing wrong with pushing back but you gotta have serious issues to take a cheap shot like that. That's fricked up.

frick that kid for pushing his face in the mat after winning. Cheap shots aren't cool, but have a hard time feeling sorry for the guy who got punched.

Sometimes violence is the answer.

That level of face push into the mat after a match does not happen all the time.

Lesson learned for the kid that got knocked out. Better keep your head on the swivel if you want to pull a move like that after the match.

How did that hit knock that kid out? He’s a wrestler surely he’s taken a hit like that before.

Hard to feel sympathy for the kid doing the taunting though.
Harder to feel respect for a guy who sucker punches someone.

Most will get knocked out from a hit on the chin from the side. Brain gets jolted and basically shuts down for a brief second.

Receipt immediately returned.
Pushing your weight onto someone's neck like that could have seriously injured him. He learned to not ever do that again.
Some lessons in life hurt more than others.

I mean the kid 'sucker' pushed his head down from behind first. I don't feel sorry for that glass jawed idiot at all. Do you think that kid will ever push his opponents head down again? He learned a brutal lesson. I'm betting he won't.

Thats asault brother!
I agree. It was assault as soon as the match was over and he shoved that guy's face in the mat. The puncher was only defending himself from another assault

not really recommending the sneak attack.
I seriously am surprised (even with this site) people are calling the punch a “sucker punch”. He had his head and face hacked down into a mat. At that point a fight started. There is no sucker punch besides the head shove
Imagine you punch someone , you then turn your back and try to claim a punch back is a cheap shot

so now we are changing the scenario of what occured?
cause as you said,

the head shove

This is the way.
Instant accountability for shitty treatment of others.
If schools would start allowing retaliation like this, our country will start to recover from the "I can say and do whatever I want and I fear no repercussions" epidemic.
Actions should indeed, have consequences.

Actually, there is. The head and neck above is worse as the person if facing away and far more vulnerable to injury at the time of starting it

Are you really comparing the two?

Do you think you would have fared any better being hit from behind, having no idea that a punch was coming?
Man, some of you keyboard tough guys are hilarious.
