My point is if we are to be an equal society then color shouldn't matter at all. It should be all about merit. This all-black crew thing shouldn't even matter, shouldn't even be talked about, shouldn't even happen. It's insulting to all races. It's just for show and for SJW types. It's stupid.

This is absolutely true.
And IMHO we will see this change reflected in our written statutory and case law - the proscriptions against discrimination based on race are going to be gradually removed (so that discrimination against whites will be officially legal in the USA).
