Have black NFL referees been really shite on over the years?

Boger's officiating crew is factually the WORST crew in the NFL. They throw the most flags per crew for the past 2-3 years now. Payton always talks shite about them leading up to the game.

Mike Carey always find a way to screw me. One tine Baltimore was playing Detroit and the lions had 1st and goal. The Ravens held them to a goal line stand only have a personal foul on 4th down. So the lions gets another crack and the ravens held them again. But not so fast. Carey called an obscene gesture in a Ravens defender. Apparently the defender make a gesture to the fans. 1st and goal again. The lions scored on the next play.
