The most surprising thing in this thread to me is that people think Serbians are Jewish.

Wow you are ignorant of history if you state this.

I like that the Spurs have become irrelevant ever since Pop became such a politically outspoken douche bag.

Yup. It's glorious.

Just saying but, they are 3rd in the West without having a top 5 player I'm the league for a majority of the season. They are doing this with guys named Davis Bertans and Bryn Forbes. Disagreeing with Poos stance is an opinion you are entitled to, but to say they are irrelevant is just wrong.

They're currently the 3rd best record in the West (my bad, I kept thinking Minny overtook it)

Their top 7 players in minutes are:

LaMarcus Aldridge
Kyle Anderson
Danny Green
Pau Gasol
Patty Mills
Bryn Forbes
Dejounte Murray

I can't even...

well, he's 100% correct. and most other, if not all countries, have not figured it out yet either.

as far as black/white racism, it goes both ways. white people do not have a clue what slavery did to them as a race and the period right after slavery where blacks still had not achieved freedom.

the problem is ignorance and closed minds which cause many of either race to pre judge based on race.

lastly, no one wants to address it as an issue. no white person, no black person. ignore it and it goes away right?

in ANY difference of opinion, but especially one as important as this the solution only is possible by the old expression...."walk a mile in my shoes".

and you, mr copter, taking the time to belittle Popovich in this thread is a perfect example. you are defensive over the "other country" reference that may not even be in his comment. forget other countries; America IS a racist country that hasn't figured it out yet. that's a fact.

Why is it that everyone wants to say "We need to talk about it, to bring attention to it", but then no one ever gives any examples as to what exactly it is they think is racist nor what their solution is.

Everyone just wants to feel included in a faux "social movement", so they just use the "We need to talk about it" line.

It's retarded and makes no sense.

"Hey the house is on fire"

"Pop, what is your solution to fix the situation?"

"Well Bob, people aren't gonna like it, but we need to talk about the house being on fire"

America is a racist country. So is every other country on the planet. 100 years from now, it will still be, because people.
