I don't see how anyone can say an R11 product isn't long enough.
For me, it had to do with my ball flight. I couldn't hit my prototypical draw with the R11...I was hitting high fades. I probably could've adjusted it some, but I was drawing the Titleist 910 in the neutral position, so I went with that one instead. Something about the white head turned me off to.

I Love my Superfast 2.0 and I am learning to control it. I did pick up the new Rocketballz Driver this week and haven't even get a chance to take it to the range. I am hoping that the RBZ has the control of the R11 but the bombing power of the Superfast.
So, if you have th Superfast 2.0 that's less than a year old, why did you get a RBZ? I'm amazed at how often some people change golf equipment. I've owned 3 sets of irons in my life, and before last year the last time I bought new irons was in 1995. I get a new driver every 5 years or so, but I still think that's less often than most serious golfers.

yeah a lot has to do with how the club looks at address. I have no problem hitting a draw with the R11 three wood. I'm tempted to upgrade my driver to R11S or RBZ but can't really justify the cost when my R9 is still in decent shape. I actually love the white head

I upgraded from a Ping Rapture to a Callaway Diablo Octane and WOW. Much more consistent and LONG. IF...big if here...but if you can handle the 48" shaft, the Cobra Long Tom absolutely bombs the ball. A good friend has one and consistently hits it 300+ and misses 1-2 fairways a round. Then again he is 6'7".

I'm 5'7" so I don't need a 48" shaft. I choke down the handle on the R9 as it is and is generate plenty of power. I could lag out more on the handle and get even more distance but control becomes a big question mark.

I'm 5'9" and choke down on the Octane.

yep. i think the long shafts are great for taller guys. I will never have that problem

my suggestion, especially if your not looking to spend for brand new equipment is to get the R11 first model
like 300 brand new
best driver ive ever hit, shoots off the face and its the straightest driver ive ever hit also
i payed 400 for mine and still think its worth it
love that the golf threads are kicking up again!

I have played with ping irons and callaways - prefer callaways, drivers/woods - played with titliest, callaway, and taylormade - prefer taylormade, wedges - cleveland/titliest - prefer titliest. balls - callaway/titliest.
I but my balls when they are on sale at retail, or at edwin watts logo overrun or at lost golfball.com - they rate them - get them for about .50 on the dollar.
Current set - taylormade r7 limited
irons - callaway razx
wedges - titliest
wood - taylormade superburner 2.0

I can't really say why other than I just wanted it for the adjust-ability that I don't have with the Superfast. I am also not being arrogant in saying that at this point in my life I have extra income that I don't mind spending it on the the big boy toys that I want.
I don't have a boat, camper, jet Ski or four wheeler but I do have nice Golf clubs and a several Guitar and Amps that I choose to spend my money on.

Gratitude, kind sir...But I just ordered my new Titleist equipment yesterday...
...By the way, I rave about the RBZ 3Wood! It's a beast!

The friend with the Long Tom hit the R11s much further than the RBZ 3 wood at a demo day.
