Not at all

They lost their best player horrifically a week before a road rivalry game and a neutral site top 15 game

Then their backup got hurt, too

The fact they might survive is a testament to how good they actually are, and with a month to gameplan, I’d love to see what they can do

Is it unfair that the refs blew a call at the end of the half resulting in a likely 10-point swing?

Every team of the top 5 could lose to anyone in the top 13 or so.

There's just no dominant team this year.

You're 100% correct. It's all match ups and which version of a team shows up on a given day. That's what has made this season so great.

FSU deserves to get in with a win. Not because they look like one of the top four teams but because they earned it.

Whoever gets them first has a free pass to the NC game. They're not even a top 10 team without Travis, just a husk of themselves. Everyone knows that they lack the ability to be competitive in the playoffs. It's going to be pretty shitty for the other two schools that don't draw them.

Perhaps they're deserving, but should we be putting a team in the playoff that we know has a 0% chance of winning, when there is a clear better team available?

Yeah, good thing we left Ohio State out of the playoff in 2014, that would have been really unfair to the 2 teams that didn't get to beat them up.

Relax, they won't be lucky enough to play Louisville again.

How do you know they lack the ability to competitive? Maybe they're just a good team that can overcome a little adversity. You and the committees feelings on their chances doesn't change the fact they're still winning and can earn a chance to play for the title.

I'll bet every mother fricking dollar and cent I have that you said the exact same thing last year when TCU played Michigan.

Bad take. Their defense is elite.
And they’ll have Rodemaker back for the semi finals. With 4 weeks of practice time as the starter.

FSU’s defense is dominant enough to keep them in any game. They are not a free pass. If any team faces them thinking that way, they’re going g to get beat.

Don’t be a pussy about it. Claim a full 14-point swing.

Leaving them out is even more unfair.

They were without their backup tonight and won a conference championship by double digits.

They will be better. Their defense is championship level.

It would be an absolute crime to leave them out of the playoffs. The biggest crime of the playoffs. You cannot do that. It would be sickening and leave way more what if.

It would be the most controversial thing they ever did.

It would be way more wrong to screw FSU and Texas than leaving Bama out. That is 100 percent the truth. Bama fans may not like it, but deep down even they should recognize this.

They ain't an undefeated Liberty or Tulane jackass. Its Florida State, undefeated P5 champ.

Michigan’s offense is not that good and FSUs defense may be the best in the country.

They could easily beat Michigan. People said the same thing about TCU last year and they destroyed Michigan.

Decreasing the chance of this very scenario happens is the point of picking the right teams.

Avoiding another outlier-luck disruption is the key.

Save that stupidity for shitty March Madness.

You're correct. Whoever gets them in the first round has a clear competitive advantage going into the champ game.
