Arkansas on deck...FSU did Arky a favor by setting the “less than 2 years” precedent.

No you haven't. (I hope).
Please don't let this even come close to happening.

Dude took USF from 2-10 to 10-2 in 4 years.

"When we looked at a number of candidates, we knew Willie would rise to the top because of his passion about Florida State, and [having] the same vision that I have about the athletics department that he runs within his football program," Wilcox said.
"The fact he happens to be an African-American is just icing on the cake. … It really is heartwarming to know over my career in fighting to open the doors for more minority head coaches in football and basketball, I finally got an opportunity to do that."
Wilcox, who created the Minority Opportunity Athletics Association and was once president of the Black Coaches Association, believes FSU's decision to hire Taggart can shed greater light on the topic of qualified minority candidates needing to garner consideration for vacant coaching positions across the country.

They should go after Fleck

Even if the next guy doesn't win big, I think they need to go with someone who's going to instill discipline into that program and fix the broken culture.
They honestly should look at a guy like Ken Niumatalolo.

Navy coach?

Ah, so they did hire him only because he’s black. Clearly he had no track record before FSU.

They openly talked and boasted about it being such.
