At the very least, the ref should’ve been required to explain their fricking decision. Of course we know the real answer is that the ACC wants Miami to get in the playoffs.

There were multiple hands on the ball at the point of contact, the ball came out literally as he hit the ground. One of the players touching it as it came out was out of bounds. It’s auto incomplete at that point. It wasn’t a hard call at all.
