Has anyone asked themselves how a perennial bottom-tier Williams car performed so very well today? I agree young Russell is a very good driver, but the car is the focus. Maybe it's just me.

Since the purchase Williams has shown steady improvement. They spent some time during the last race commenting on it.

Seems that they are putting more money in to the Williams team as a whole and seems to be showing out the most with Russell, Now Russell has talent but he is taking a damn Williams car up front! now to just see where he finishes

He's been q3 a couple times this year. All he needed was a little bit of rain to equalize things between him and the top few teams.
