Hell, I even knew a woman who's husband was hit by A Legally BLIND driver who was out joyriding on a country road.

They added bikes lanes in my neighborhood and I've seen a-hole drivers get into those lanes and essentially force bikers onto the sidewalk b/c they think they are entitled to drive wherever the hell they want.

Since cell phones, I see one or two drivers weaving to the point I think they are drunk every time I go somewhere, but they are (likely) sober and on the phone.

Going to work the other day a driver in the right lane kept drifting over into the left lane as I was trying to pass. After a few attempts I got by him when he drifted towards the guardrail on his passenger side.

Sure enough he was on Facebook driving 70-72 when I passed him. Bunch of dumbasses on cell phones are more dangerous than drunk drivers now a days.

I think he’s one of the “woke” Mormons who has a burning hatred for Trump (like Dale Murphy). Anyhow sad to hear this.

A lot of idiots use these as turning lanes especially along Orange Beach

I would imagine Shawn Bradley on a bicycle would be pretty hard to miss

Apparently that was the problem.

How were they able to keep this story quiet for 8 weeks with the media that we have today?

Was he going door to door spreading the book of Mormon? I see those guys on bikes all the time. Almost took a couple out myself

Just saw a pair biking down the road at night in Houston. They must have a death wish.

It was actually pretty funny. Every time I encounter dumb fricks riding their bike on the road I always think what a stupid fricker. When they get hit by a car it will obviously not be their fault.

I would have bet he was way older than 48.

He’s screwed. Big men already have enough issues with their body when they age.

He was in the NBA in the mid 2000s, played for the mavericks.

I understand when he played but it’s kinda like comparing Arron Brooks to Tom Brady and Shaq vs Shawn Bradley.

You kinda add age to a player who you haven’t heard of in years.

Driver had to have been drunk. He was probably riding the largest bicycle on the planet, he was so tall.

I hate hearing about avoidable accidents like this. I used to work with someone who was an avid biker who sometimes biked to work on a public street. There are too many dumbass drivers for me to ever ride a bike on a highway or street. I hope Bradley is able to recover as much as possible.
