Tripp has a lot of historical significance for me.

In the height of my fandom as a kid, he was possibly my favorite. I loved Tripp and Vada Murray D backs and had jerseys of both. I think Ken Jeong on the gameday for Michigan/MSU said he knew Tripp back in the day.
