Ok I might be done with ESPN if they lay off bae.
Eta: didn’t read the whole quote. See she’s going to another show. I’m good now.

I doubt it. It’s not like FS1 is going to suddenly have a bunch of achor positions open.

When will ESPN learn that advertisers target demographics aren’t watching the 6 or Bomani Jones? They’ve got to have smarter people running that company.

They pay 60 people $80 million dollars and they still put out unwatchable products like GameDay, Paul Finebaum, SC6. No wonder they are in trouble.

Well that show will be terrible.

That's weird that they would get rid of Champion. She's black.

Oh ... they are replacing her with two minority hosts. That makes sense.

Champion is expected to succeed Michelle Beadle on the Los Angeles-based "SportsNation
And giving her a white girl's show. All better now.

That's what I'm saying. Surely you can get good on air talent for $250k.
A couple of people may warrant $1mm per, but those are few and far between. Paying people multi-millions to read highlights seems like a crazy market inflation.

Here is your problem. Avg. salary for those sixty is $1.3 million. They have severely over paid for talent. They need to step away from contracting with employees like they are athletes and hire them like regular salaried employees. Get the agents out of there.

sec network is one of the few successful things espn has left.
last i heard it was 4 times more valuable than the big ten network.

I love Bomani; his radio show is fast approaching LeBatard's as the funniest in the ESPN line-up.
No interest in a tv show with him though (don't watch HQ either). Honestly, I don't remember the last time I sat down and watched a show on ESPN at all.

Still, the word inside ESPN is that nobody's happy about "The Six," including the two stars. Some sources speculate that Hill may leave on her own to talk politics on a news channel such as MSNBC or CNN. There's a culture war raging and Hill has admitted that it's hard to stick to sports when there are vital national issues at stake.
Have you ever seen a TV personality commit career suicide as quickly as Jemele Hill? Let her dumbass join Rachel Madcow on MSNBC. Jemele is about two years away from never being seen on any channel again and I cannot wait for that day to come.

If Keith Olbermann couldn't successfully transition from sports to political commentary, I highly doubt Hill will able to do so either.

She's black, she'll be fine. Just stick her on CNN and MSNBC and let her run her mouth

Just show sports. Don't care for all the sports talk shows.

What about the Longhorn Network?
But, seriously where did you see the SECN was 4x the BTN? That would be an interesting read.
